This website is operated by Montessori Petals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting montessoripetals.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to copy its content without permission.

Our toys and their ages

We describe our toys and their recommended ages as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and wooden toys can vary a little in grain and shade. Recommended ages and safety notes (small parts, magnets, batteries) are given on every product page. Please follow them: toys should always be used under adult supervision, and small parts kept away from children under 3.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of your country when available, converted from our store currency at the current exchange rate. You are charged the amount shown at checkout, in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a toy is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are handled securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is explained in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Discounts and offers

Discounts such as our bundle offer apply automatically when the conditions shown are met, and can't be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, offers can't be combined and may end at any time. An offer that has ended doesn't affect orders already placed.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without our written agreement.

Comments and reviews

If you send us comments, reviews or photos, you allow us to use them to present our toys. You confirm they are honest, are yours to share and don't break any law. We may remove content that is offensive or misleading.

Our liability

We take great care in choosing our toys, but we can't guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your personal data

We use your personal data only to process your orders, deliver them, answer your questions and, if you agree, send you our newsletter. Read our privacy policy to learn more.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
